Ferienhotel Alber is a comfortable three-star hotel with a long tradition, situated in the mountain village of Mallnitz, right in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It has been run with passion for over a century. The hotel offers cozy rooms in various styles (older or newer, wood-style or baroque, standard rooms or junior suites), all amidst beautiful natural surroundings. It’s a perfect escape for those wanting both activity and relaxation.

Wellness: The vitality area includes several saunas (Finnish sauna, herbal sauna), a steam bath, an infrared health cabin, a whirlpool, as well as bath and beauty treatments and massages (by appointment).

Restaurants & Bars: The hotel features its main restaurant where regional Carinthian specialties and international dishes are served, using mainly seasonal and regional products. There is also a cozy Almstube, a lobby bar, and comfortable dining rooms such as the Zirbenstube, Bauernstube and Fichtenstube.

Other services: There is a children’s playroom (“Kinderclub”), table tennis room, fitness room, library, sunbathing garden and terrace. Guest services include free parking, pet-friendly policy (dogs allowed at extra cost), lift, ski storage, bike rental, laundry service.
