• After the purchase you will receive your voucher within 48 hours of the purchase 
• Within 10 days after purchase, guests have to exchange their "Megabon-coupon" to the "hotel-voucher" on http://register.hotelvoucheronline.com. Then guests have to make the room reservation with the "hotel-voucher", directly with the hotel.
• With the received voucher you can make the reservation at the hotel
• Voucher is valid one year after the issue
• Cancellation policy: Modification and cancellation within 48 hours prior arrival is possible (otherwise voucher considered as used)
• Reservation is subject to availability. Please state your voucher number when booking.
• Discounts for children (at the hotel): 1 child up to the age of 3 stays in the parent's room for free, children over 3 years 25 €/night (breakfast included)
• Possible surcharges: public car parking 15 €/day
• To prolong your stay you can buy more additional vouchers upon previous agreement with the hotel
• The voucher must be presented upon check-in
• Check-in between 15:00 and 20:00 (from Monday to Friday) and from 15:00 to 18:00 (on Saturday and Sunday), check-out from 08:00 to 12:00 
• Reception opening hours from 3 January 2026 will be Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 18:00
• If you expect to arrive outside the above reception opening hours, please contact the hotel at least 24 hours in advance
• Tourist tax is not included in the price and is to be paid at the hotel
