All hitherto analysis have show that the thermo-mineral water of the Bizovačke spa is the only and the warmest iodine thermal water in Europe. Thermal water of this composition is rare throughout the world. According to Croatian and other sources, no water with the same components exists in the world. In every analysis so far, at least one element was different and has changed the water's properties. Waters with similar components, that belong to the saline water group, can be found  in the former USSR, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and France. The Bizovačke spa water is closest in composition to the one in Kolobrzeg in Poland, the difference being Bizovačka water having a higher content of Iodine.

Inside the Termia hotel you will find a restaurant with 550 and a national restaurant with 125 seats meant for weddings, parties, dance nights, graduation parties, business and family lunches, etc.. The rich offering in the Hotel Termia is supplemented by: a bank, souvenir shop, massage salon, hair stylist, newsstand and a sports and fashion clothing.
