Reservation cancellation conditions: Free cancellation or modification up to 5 days before arrival. During the reservation, the guest must provide their credit card number. In case of cancellation or modification, the pre-paid amount will not be refunded. However, you can use this amount as a credit for your next stay within the next 365 days from the date of the change. You are entitled to change your stay only once for the same or higher amount than the previous reservation and under non-refundable conditions. If you do not show up for your reservation, the pre-paid amount will not be refunded, nor will you be able to use it for a future stay. If you change the duration of your stay during your visit, the same price for a shortened stay applies
Discounts for children: 1 child up to 5,99 years stays free of surcharge in bed with parents, child from 5.99 to 11.99 years on a sofa bed €20/day
Person over 12 years on a sofa bed surcharge 35 €/day
The voucher must be presented upon check-in
To prolong your stay you can buy more vouchers upon previous agreement with the provider
Vouchers are non-refundable
Pets (1 or 2 small dogs) are allowed with a surcharge in the amount of €40 /pet/day
Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out by 11 a.m.
Tourist tax of €1,60/person/day is not included in the price; children from 12 to 17,99 years pay 50% of the tourist tax, children up to 11,99 years do not pay the tourist tax (payment is made directly at the reception upon check-out)
