The house is located at the foot of a hill in the unspoiled nature of Istria, surrounded by coniferous and deciduous forest. Due to abundant medicinal herbs, such as lavender, mint and sage, natural aromatherapy is a guaranteed part of the holiday.

The land stretches out on 25.000 m2, of which the forest covers 10.000 m2. In the winter the forest offers lots of fun on snow: sledding, skiing and other winter activities. During the year it is great for hiking trips, mushroom picking, etc. A pleasant meadow covers the remaining 15.000 m2; this one is perfect for many a sports activity.

Next to the house you will be able to find a roof-covered grill area, where you can roast lambs or throw open-air parties. In the backyard structure you can park your car in the garage.

You will be alone on the property; the owners will not be there. From the house opens a beautiful view of the valley and the mountain massif of Velebit. The river Lika is 1 km away, excellent for fishing, kayaking or swimming. The motorway is 6 km away, Gospić 10 km; to reach the sea you will need to drive for 40 km.
