All apartments are exquisitely equipped and have their own balconies or gardens with seats. The villas are surrounded by lush, carefully trimmed Mediterrannean growth. Charming, modern in design with custom made furnishings of warm hues, luxurious comforters and draperies, the Standard room features two twin-size beds, a small balcony overlooking the park, a bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, desk, telephone, internet, minibar, safe, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers. No extra bed or baby cot can be added in the room.

When it comes to congressional services, the resort Novi Spa Hotels & Resort offers one of the biggest congress halls in Croatia, which has a capacity for over 1500 persons. Such large conventions were not organized in Croatia before because ofthe lack of a Congress centre of this size. The hotel also has two smaller congress halls, each of which has a capacity of 300 persons, that can be turned into 7 smaller rooms for meetings. The resort is also a good place to organize weddings.

NOVISPA represents the highlight of the offer. The biggest Spa centre in Europe spans on over 10.000m2. It is was the recipient of the Gala Wellness award in 2009.
