Accommodation must be reserved within 3 days of purchasing the voucher, providing the voucher code and credit card number. When making a reservation, the exact number of guests (and children) and the exact ages of the children must be stated. Otherwise, the hotel is not obliged to provide a room under the terms of the voucher.
Cancellation policy: Reservations cannot be cancelled. The dates of a confirmed reservation can be changed up to 4 days before the scheduled arrival (until 14:00). Otherwise, the voucher will be considered redeemed and can no longer be used. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card
