The Hegykő thermal water is a slightly hard, fluoridated, sulphurous medicinal water containing a lot of dissolved substances, with a sodium chloride alkali-hydrogen carbonate character, with a significant iodide content. It is brought to the surface from a depth of 1,434 meters at a temperature of 55 °C.
The thermal water is suitable for curing chronic locomotor diseases, based on the recommendation of a specialist. It can be used with good results as a rehabilitation course to treat healed bone fractures, sprains, joint sprains, and muscle strains.
