Hotel Napfény is located in Zalakaros, just 150 meters from the renowned town spa with medicinal water that is unique in Europe. The hotel offers guests a pleasant, green and peaceful environment with a wide range of high-quality services. The rooms and apartments are comfortably furnished, most with balconies, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring or enjoying thermal experiences.

Wellness: In the wellness area, guests can enjoy a jacuzzi and swimming pool, as well as relax in the Finnish and infrared sauna. The hotel’s wellness zone, with nearly 100 m² of water surface, pools, saunas and thermal water, is suitable for both children and adults seeking relaxation, regeneration or entertainment.

The Zalakaros Spa is an international famous spa. Its waters were discovered during hydrocarbon exploration drilling in 1962. Its medicinal water: 96°C from a depth of 2000 meters. The composition of the water and the size of the reservoir make it one of the most important of its kind. Water composition: alkaline chloride, bicarbonate thermal water, with a unique composition in Europe of iodine, bromine, sulfur and fluorine. The other chemical elements present in the water are potassium and sodium, magnesium, iron, manganese, metaboric acid, metacaric acid, and free carbonic acid. Thermal water: produced by 2 wells drilled in the upper Pannonian layer, owned by the spa, at 53 °C, sodium chloride, hydrocarbon. It is used to treat chronic gynecological diseases, periodontal diseases, musculoskeletal complaints (chronic inflammatory arthritis), surgical after-treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, and dermatological problems.

Children’s facilities: While adults relax in the sauna, pool or jacuzzi, unwind their muscles in warm water or sunbathe on the terrace, children will also have plenty to enjoy. A children’s pool, playroom and a child-friendly relaxation area are available.

Sports activities: In addition to water activities, the hotel offers a fitness area, saunas and family programs, while the surrounding area invites guests to explore hiking trails, cycling routes and the natural surroundings of Zalakaros. The thermal complex often provides numerous opportunities for water-based and outdoor activities.
