Terms of use

• Book directly with the provider at: sales@karos-spa.hu
• The balance of 1049 € is to be paid directly to the provider
• Check the available dates before buying vouchers
• Advance payment: For New Year's Eve reservations, a 50% advance payment is required. The reservation is considered confirmed once the advance payment has been received. In the case of bank transfer, the advance payment must be completed within 3 days of booking. If the payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The advance payment is subject to the applicable cancellation conditions.
• Cancellation policy: Reservations can be changed up to 30 days before arrival, but cannot be cancelled. The amount already paid can be used for accommodation and half-board services at a later date; however, Hotel Karos-Spa Kft. does not refund payments. No changes are permitted within 30 days before arrival. In such cases, the amount already paid is non-refundable and is retained by Hotel Karos-Spa Kft. as a cancellation fee.
• Possible surcharges:
  ➜ outdoor closed parking lot 4 €/car/night
  ➜ underground garage: 7 €/car/night (if you use the underground garage, you can use the electric car charging station for free)
  ➜ change of bathrobe HUF 6000/bathrobe
  ➜ early check in from 10:00 or late check out until 16:00 40 €/room (based on the actual capacity)
• You must present your vouchers when checking in
• To prolong your stay you can buy more vouchers upon previous agreement with the provider
• The vouchers are non-refundable
• Pets are not allowed
• Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00
• Tourist tax of 2.20 €/person over 18 years old/day is not included in the price
• Participation in the programmes is available exclusively to hotel guests. The hotel reserves the right to modify the programme without prior notice.
