Situated in the heart of the Valdichiana, the "Agriturismo" (farm holiday residence) "Podere il Belvedere su Cortona" is an ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the green Tuscan hills.

Il Podere "Il Belvedere su Cortona" was founded in 2003 after a careful and long renovation of what was once the home of the sharecroppers. The owners of the property live within the structure and are present for any need or advice to give to the guests.

Apartments offer a living room space and a double sofa bed for children, double bedroom and a bathroom, a private outdoor space, air conditioning that will be of great value on a warm summer evening. The apartments overlook the Valdichiana and Cortona areas and they have wireless internet in and a pool, Led –TV, internal video surveillance system to guarantee maximum security inside the farm. Big covered parking is included for all the guests.

Tables and chairs in the garden are a great place to to enjoy in a typical Italian breakfast or a continental one (on request). Dogs are welcome free of charge. A nice garden with a beautiful swimming pool (16 x 8), right in the center is available for all the guests. There are also parasols with chairs, a big Gazebo area with a table and chairs and with a big grill, so guests can enjoy in their dinner outside. Kids can use the playground and a ping pong table. The garden is surrounded by roses and fence to guarantee the safety of the customers.

This agricultural property is located near Cortona, only 17 kilometers away from Montepulciano and just 40 km from Pienza. You can also visit Siena, which is located just 50 km from the property.
