• Cancellation policy:
  ➜In case of immediate payment: up to 15 days prior to arrival, 5% of the total amount will be retained. From 14 to 11 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total amount will be retained. From 10 days prior to arrival until the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
  ➜In case of installment payment: up to 15 days prior to arrival, 35% of the total amount will be retained. From 14 to 11 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total amount will be retained. From 10 days prior to arrival until the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained.
• Discounts for children: 
  ➜ 1 child up to 1,99 years in parents bed stays free of charge (meals not included)
  ➜ child from 2 to 10 years on extra bed 30% discount
  ➜ child from 11 years on extra bed 20% discount
• Possible surcharges:
