More than 700 years ago, the “Supreme Poet,” Dante Alighieri described the thick forests and beautiful corners of the Tuscan Maremma. Amongst these ancient sites today it is located “Le Querce” Village, near the center of Sorano, a medieval town in the province of Grosseto. The Village “Le Querce” consists of 25 luxurious apartments in a wonderful two hectare park, amongst striking oak groves and clean, fresh air.

Inside Holiday Homes complex you will find a 20 x 8m pool, a special play-area for children, barbecues in the oak’s park, a tavern with a beautiful view of the parkland, a typical cellar entirely carved into tuff rock and a parking lot with 80 spaces.

The Residence “Le Querce” is located at the entrance of the town of Sorano, in the province of Grosseto, in the Tuscan Maremma, inside the Archaeological Park of the Tuff Cities and only 2km from the Sorano Hot Springs, 9km from Pitigliano, 26km from the Bolsena Lake and 55km from the Amiata Mountain and the Argentario Coast.

The estate consists of a series of terraced houses, each with independent entrances activated by electronic keys. Each well-appointed, air-conditioned apartment has a private bathroom, a bedroom and a fully-equipped kitchen area.

Downstairs, there is a private garden and upstairs there are balconies with great panoramic views of the estate and its beautiful surroundings.

The superb parkland setting, surrounded by oak trees, makes Villaggio Le Querce ideal for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The high-standard luxury apartments offer freedom, independence and convenience.

The good facilities include a large outdoor swimming pool, a children’s activity playground, a tavern with a view of the park and free private car parking for 80 cars.
