• Cancellation policy: The traveler may cancel the trip at any time but is required to notify the organizer in writing. The cancellation fee is expressed as a percentage of the total trip price, depending on the time remaining until the start of the trip: more than 180 days before departure – fixed costs of €100 per person (non-refundable), 179 to 120 days before departure – 15% of the trip value, 119 to 90 days before departure – 30% of the trip value, 89 to 60 days before departure – 45% of the trip value, 59 to 30 days before departure – 75% of the trip value, 29 to 0 days before departure – 100% of the trip value, after departure or in case of "no-show" – 100% of the trip value
• Mandatory onboard supplement: gratuities for the ship's staff (Costa Deliziosa) € 11/person/day , € 5.50/children from 4 to 14 years/day, children under 4 years free, unless otherwise stated

• There are exceptions in case of unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illness, death of a close relative, or military call-up, with valid proof provided, where the traveler can request a refund of the paid amount, if it exceeds the actual costs of the organizer. Additionally, special cancellation conditions may apply to certain airlines or shipping companies, where the stricter conditions of those companies take precedence. The advance payment (deposit) is at least 30% of the arrangement price upon booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before the trip starts.
• It is recommended that the guest take out travel health insurance and cancellation insurance (if offered by the insurance company), as companies do not refund the cruise in cases of illness, death in the family, etc., but only the port fees.
