Wellness Benedicta guides guests towards inner wellbeing, inspired by the philosophy of the Benedictine monks. It offers traditional treatments enriched with local ingredients such as sea salt, salt-pan mud, olive oil, lavender and other Istrian herbs. During relaxation and treatments, guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the endless blue sea.

Sauna world: Guests can choose from five different saunas: a Finnish sauna with panoramic views of the Slovenian sea, a herbal Finnish sauna, a Turkish sauna offering a unique Istrian hammam experience, an infrared sauna and a salt sauna or salt room. After the sauna, guests can cool off in the refreshing cold pool and experience the beneficial effects of Kneipp therapy along the barefoot path. The experience can be completed with a salt scrub enriched with Mediterranean herbs.

Pools: Termaris Seawater Park is the largest heated seawater pool complex on the Slovenian coast. Covering 2,400 m², it offers swimming, relaxation and children’s pools with heated seawater and beautiful views of the Slovenian sea throughout the year. The pool complex is located within Hotel Histrion and, during the summer season, is connected by a terrace to the seaside beach.

Wellness and relaxation: Wellness Benedicta combines traditional treatments, local Istrian ingredients and modern approaches to relaxation. Guests can choose from various wellness experiences, while the pleasant surroundings and sea views create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.
