The cottage accommodates 2+1 (up to 3) guests and has a private street entrance. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, a sofa bed (130–140 × 200 cm), and access to a private garden. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a sofa bed (80 × 200 cm).

A Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a jacuzzi are available, with unlimited use included throughout the stay. Restaurants and bars: Casa Villanova Romance does not have its own restaurant or bar; however, just a few minutes' walk from the house, guests will find renowned local taverns serving authentic Istrian cuisine and homemade specialties. The voucher is considered redeemed once the reservation has been made. Reservations may be cancelled at least 5 days before arrival, in which case you are entitled to choose a new stay date within the voucher validity period.
Discounts for children:
➜child up to 3,99 years stays free of charge when sharing the bed with their parents
➜child aged 4 years and older, or an additional adult, staying on an extra bed (sofa bed): €10 per day
Optional supplements:
➜3-hour use of the infrared/Finnish sauna: 20 €
