• Check the available dates before buying coupons
• After the purchase you will receive your voucher within 48 hours of the purchase 
• Within 10 days after purchase, guests have to exchange their "Megabon-coupon" to the "hotel-voucher" on http://register.hotelvoucheronline.com. Then guests have to make the room reservation with the "hotel-voucher", directly with the hotel.
• With the received voucher you can make the reservation at the hotel
• Reservation is subject to availability. Please state your voucher number when booking
• Cancellation policy: Modification or cancellation of confirmed reservation within 48 hours prior arrival is possible. (otherwise voucher considered as used) 
• Cots and extra beds are not available at this property
• Mandatory surcharge (to be paid locally to the hotel): A damage deposit in the amount of 50 £ is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
