The 4-star building contains 43 rooms in two categories: deluxe and superior. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a bathroom (with towels, bathrobes, and hairdryer), flat-screen TV, phone, and mini-bar. It also contains the reception, Carmen restaurant, Apollónia conference room, massage parlor, gym, and laundry room.
The 3-star building has 15 rooms, the Magnolia Spa area (a hot tub, steam cabin, Finn- and infra sauna, and a variety of massages), Kamillus conference room and game room with biliard, darts, table football.
