Istrian countryside. Situated approx. 20 meters from the neighbouring villa, this detached villa is set in its own well-kept gardens. Downstairs, the spacious lounge/dining area is comfortably
furnished and has a dining table and chairs, ideal for relaxed meals with family and friends. In the living area there is also a convertible sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove,
