Villa Lukrecia is a Dalmatian stone house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet part of Supetar on Brac Island. It consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground
floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area (40 m2), a double bedroom and a bathroom. From the dining area you can enter the covered (40 m2) and uncovered (30 m2) garden terrace
nearby the private outdoor pool and garden. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture and there is a barbecue as well. The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms
with shower units, a single bedroom and a separate bathroom. This charming villa can accommodate 9 people comfortably and there is also additional accommodation in two apartments located
nearby. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The first Apartment Lukrecia *** (2+2) of 40 m2 comprises a kitchen/ sitting room area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower unit.
