Villa Splendida is situated at the top of the picturesque village of Splitska on Brac Island. It is a new house which was completely renovated in July 2015. Villa was built with
traditional stone and completely built from eco materials and is certified with A+ certificate energy consumption. Villa Splendida is surrounded by beautiful stone wall. This charming villa can
accommodate 8 to 10 people. House is built with two independent apartments. Main apartment has 3 bedrooms, with kitchen, dinning room, sitting room and separate toilet. The upper floor has 3
bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, laundry area and gym. Two bedrooms are with balcony and on one balcony is installed jacuzzi for 3 persons. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen,
dinning room, sitting room and separate toilet. Small apartment is located on the ground floor is one bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchen. This apartment is with separate entrance door
and could be used for guests or personel (maid or baby sitter). To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible villa Splendida has been equipped with all the equipment you might need.
The interiors and grounds have been tastefully designed. To protect your peace and privacy villa Splendida is only available as a complete unit with garden and pool.
