Hotel Kristal has 68 comfortable beds in modern rooms and suites with bathroom, minibar, direct telephone line, internet connection and SAT-TV programme.

The hotel restaurant accepts 60–70 guests. The hotel has the Jahorinska House with a fireplace and restaurant for 100 persons and Kaffee Bar for 60 persons. Moreover, the hotel offers the following facilities: a room for meetings, promotions and presentations, sauna, ski service, ski rental, ski shop…

Right next to the hotel there is a baby ski lift, a double chairlift, a modern six pack chairlift and the Poljice chairlift.
