The central part of the wellness centre is a spa area with five different saunas (Turkish, Finnish aroma, classical Finnish, new panoramic classical Finnish and new panoramic infra-red).  It also includes a hamam bath, a massage bath, a place to relax, a cool outdoor pool for the cooling phase, and an outdoor massage pool with a terrace for sunbathing.

In the indoor water park is there are 5 swimming pools. The thermal water has an original temperature of 38 ° C and contains several active elements and ions; therefore it is considered medicinal mineral water. The optimum temperature and chemical structure enables the use of 'Jezerčica' thermal healing water for recreation (total relaxation, targeted professional training, improves mental and physical condition).
