The single-room apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, private bathroom with toilet (soap and toilet paper are provided), TV with satellite programs, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, and adjustable heating / fan. The washing machine, iron and board, balcony, baby cot and chairs are available on request and are subject to availability. Smoking is not allowed.

- After the purchase, it is obligatory to change the coupon into the »Hotel Voucher« within 10 days at http://register.hotelvoucheronline.com. On the left side, select the preferred language.
- Upon arrival, the provider will require a cash deposit of €40 to cover the costs that may be incurred during the stay: the room key replacement costs and garage card replacement costs
