- Modification of the reservation is possible within 48 hours prior arrival, otherwise voucher considered as used.
- After the purchase, it is obligatory to change the coupon into the »Hotel Voucher« and pay the agency within 8 days at http://register.hotelvoucheronline.com. On the left side, select the preferred language. As soon as the agency receives the payment, they issue the "Hotel Voucher" and send it to the client.
- To book a room, you must contact the hotel directly at info@expohotelbudapest.com. When booking via e-mail, the date of departure and the number of "Hotel Voucher" must be sent to the hotel. After that, you will receive a confirmation of the hotel about your reservation.
- Upon arrival hotel will require 50 EUR credit card deposit to cover any extra charges, that may occur during stay
- Reservation is subject to availability
- Discounts for children: 1 child up to 12 years in bed with parents years stays free of charge (breakfast is included)
- Adults above 12 years old 12 €/person/night (breakfast included)
- Obligatory surcharge during the high season (from March 29 until October 31): room 12 €/night for 2 persons
- Vouchers is valid for one year after it is issued and is transferable
- To prolong your stay you can buy more additional vouchers upon previous agreement with the hotel
- The voucher must be presented upon check-in
- Check-in from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m., check out from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- The tourist tax in the amount of 300 HUF/person over 18 years old/night is not included in the price and is to be paid at the hotel
