• Last 14 days prior arrival no cancellation and no modification on the reserved period is possible
• You must present your vouchers when checking-in 
• The outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi are not included in the price. Payment is due on the spot. The provider will confirm the exact amount after receiving a reservation request.
• To prolong your stay you can buy more voucher upon previous agreement with to the provider
• The vouchers are non-refundable
• Pets are allowed with payment of 10 €/pet/night
• Check in from 3 p.m., check out until 11 a.m.
• Tourist tax in the amount of 830 HUF/person from age 18/night is not included in the price
