- Booking conditions: Room reservations are guaranteed as soon as the reservation is received at the Hotel, and the Hotel will send an e-mail confirmation of this to the guest. If the transfer/payment has been made, please let us know via one of our contacts!
- Cancellation policy: We are unable to refund the amount paid. The reservation can be modified or transferred 1 time, the reservation confirmed by the Hotel cannot be changed within 10 days before the arrival. Hotel can only accept cancellations in written format (by email). In case of earlier departure or cancellation on the spot, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
- Possible surcharges: parking 7 €/car/night, early arrival is possible from 11 a.m. with a surcharge in the amount of 7 €/package, late departure is possible until 3 p.m. with a surcharge in the amount of 7 €/hour, use of the wellness on the day of departure 7 €/person, bicycle rental 2,5 €/bicycle/hour (depending on the season), cot preparation 12 €/cot/night (a limited number is available, so please state your request when booking), bathrobe rental 4 € (limeted number), 40-minute use fee of the Glamor-style Private Jacuzzi with 5 € discount, use of our Black-Care infrared solarium with 2,5 € discount, aroma oil massages with 5 € discount
