Due to its favorable location and accessibility by both road and rail, Keszthely and the surrounding area are a preferred holiday destination. Keszthely is a renowned important cultural, educational and economic center, yet this historically rich city can provide a unique, relaxing and refreshing holiday experience.
Kristály Hotel is situated only 200 m away from the Balaton lake. The hotel offers plenty of attractive spa facilities such as infra red saunas, a steam room, a salt chamber and a hot tub. Deluxe room: Room with double bed/single bed offers air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, desk, TV, telephone, bathroom with shower. All the rooms have a safe and air-conditioning.

Booking conditions: Room reservations are guaranteed as soon as the reservation is received at the Hotel, and the Hotel will send an e-mail confirmation of this to the guest. 100% of the total amount of the reservation is to be payed within 14 days of receiving the confirmation. If the transfer/payment has been made, please let us know via one of our contacts!
Cancellation policy: We are unable to refund the amount paid. The reservation can be modified or transferred 1 time, the reservation confirmed by the Hotel cannot be changed within 10 days before the arrival. Hotel can only accept cancellations in written format (by email). In case of earlier departure or cancellation on the spot, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
