- Booking conditions: Room reservations are guaranteed as soon as the reservation is received at the Hotel, and the Hotel will send an e-mail confirmation of this to the guest. 100% of the total amount of the reservation is to be payed within 14 days of receiving the confirmation. If the transfer/payment has been made, please let us know via one of our contacts!
- Cancellation policy: We are unable to refund the amount paid. The reservation can be modified or transferred 1 time, the reservation confirmed by the Hotel cannot be changed within 10 days before the arrival. Hotel can only accept cancellations in written format (by email). In case of earlier departure or cancellation on the spot, the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
