- Cancellation policy: No cancellation and no modification on the confirmed by Hotel reservation 10 days prior arrival.
- Discounts for children: children up to 3,99 years stays free of charge, child from 4 to 11,99 years 37 €/child/night (weekdays) and 45 €/child/night (weekends)
- Obligatory surcharges: stay from 17. 4. 2025 until 27. 4. 2025 and from 23. 10. 2025 until 2. 11. 2025 amounts to 30 €/room/night
- Possible surcharges: Family apartment 20 €/night
- The voucher must be presented upon check-in
- To prolong your stay you can buy more vouchers upon previous agreement with the provider
- Vouchers are non-refundable
- Pets up to 15 kg are allowed with a surcharge in the amount of 15 €/pet/night
- Tourist tax in the amount of 1,6 €/person over 18 years/day and 1,9 €/person over 18 years/day (in the year 2025) is not included in the price
