- Cancellation policy: cancellation is free 72 hours prior to arrical, within the 72 to 24 hours the cancellation fee is 30%, in the event of cancellation within 24 hours or no show, the total amount will be billed
- Discounts for children: child up to 2,99 years old stays for free in bed with parents or on a baby cot
- The surcharge for the fifth person on an extra bed is 20 €/night
- You must present your vouchers when checking in
- To prolong your stay you can buy more vouchers upon previous agreement with the provider
- The vouchers are non-refundable
- Check in from 2 PM, check out until 10 AM
- Pets are allowed with a surcharge in the amount of 15 €/night/apartment
